Each Heart To Heart piece is crafted to be cherished. If, however, it is not the perfect match, you may request a refund or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

You may open and try your piece while the courier waits. For returns to be accepted, all original tags and packaging must remain intact, and the item must be unworn, unwashed, and in impeccable condition.

Courier shipping fees for returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the client. Please note that pieces purchased on sale are not eligible for refunds — they may be exchanged only.
